Stand tall. Take a deep breath in through your nose as you reach your arms over head and exhale out through your nose as you bring your hand to your heart. Repeat at least five times each time setting a positive intention for the day.
For example, “Today is going to be a great day.”
Take a break. Feel relaxed in less then a minute while you focus on the beautiful koi fish from my pond. Koi Fish meaning in Japan is good fortune or luck they also are associated with perseverance in adversity and strength of purpose, the Koi fish symbolize good luck, abundance and perseverance.
Try this breathing technique first thing in the morning and through out the day. Take a breath in through your nose breathing all the way into your belly for a count of 6 hold and exhale out through your nose for a count of 8. Do three to five rounds and notice how you feel.
