I’ve been teaching fitness and wellness to kids for over 12 years and one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that it needs to be F-U-N, fun!
It can be easy to forget that kids are often just as busy and stressed out as their adult counterparts, so I’ve included yoga and breathing practices into all of my programs. It’s never too early to give kids the tools to handle the stresses and growing pains of everyday life.
At the core of the program is obstacle course style training- working the entire body, focusing on building core strength, stamina, balance and flexibility infused with yoga and breathing exercises.
Kids get stronger while having fun.
